Welcome! This blog will be my photo a day journey. I saw this idea somewhere to take a picture of yourself everyday when you are losing weight so you have something to look back on and see how far you have come. I am taking that a step further by organizing and sharing those pictures here, along with my thoughts. I have battled with self-esteem and body image issues my entire life and I am treating this journey as one of self acceptance. I will post a photo for every day (good, bad, and everything in between) and I will focus on the positive. Allow myself to finally see that my worth is so much more than my body. I am also on a weight loss journey and will post thoughts on that too along the way. I am starting out posting a picture every day for the first week and then I will post a week’s worth of pictures in one post a week. I will do this for one year and see where I am at.
